The slices at this location are nice, the quality of their ingredients is similar to other locations and the service is also fast. The atmosphere given the location is at a TransLink train station is simply well, although I think it could be nice if they had at least one or two tables available similar to the tables they have at the Broadway - City Hall station for having a quick meal before exiting the station or taking the train.
The staff was so nice and welcoming. I often don’t expect it at fast food, so it came by surprise. I was genuinely happy to be greeted with such politeness. I went with my friends, so we were able to chill for a good while. Everyone enjoyed the pizza a lot. It had a good amount of toppings and cheese. The crisp of the crust was good too. Would definitely go again!
I had a fantastic experience at Freshslice Pizza at Oakridge Station! The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious – just the way I like it. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavourful. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. Sudhir, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and kind. He made sure everything was perfect with our order and even took the time to chat with us. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in the business. When I was there, the owner was there as well. And they were so nice and friendly. You could tell that they actually went the extra mile to make sure our food was good. The order was perfectly how we wanted it. Most places don’t keep in the mind the customization one makes. And they really spend the time to make sure everything was correct. Loved the pizza. It genuinely felt fresh and tasty. It’s at a place, where it would be on most people’s route. So definitely check it out.
Today, late night I ordered 2 veggies pizza and both were really made with proper food safety standards and all toppings that I really wanted. It's super delicious .
